Content
Holacracy, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, self-organisation, transparency – these and other practices and principles around New Work are part of everyday work in many companies today. This course day is aimed at managers and interested persons who want to explore, reflect on and apply these practices and principles in various company contexts. Using examples from business practice and business games, we will discuss the effective use of agile approaches and bring them to life.

Learning Objectives

• apply agile frameworks and methods of New Work
• strengthen their own ability to reflect and deal with New Work

Preparation
Completion of learning videos and reading (approx. 1 hour). Reflection on own case of change.

Follow-Up
Individual implementation and deepening of the acquired knowledge.

Requirements
Willingness to deal with changes in the world of work. Good knowledge of English.
